That's why we're proud to announce our membership of the AFRC, a key player that has been supporting business transformation for 25 years. The AFRC stimulates collective intelligence, promotes best practices and sets standards of excellence and relational ethics. With 3,500 members, 260 member companies, representing 23 business sectors, and 50 annual events, this association embodies an essential dynamic for advancing the challenges of customer relations in France.
