Introduction
Objow, which specializes in sales force optimization through effective animation and reward strategies, is committed to protecting the confidentiality and personal data of its customers and users in accordance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Storage and safety
We use security measures to protect your personal data. Information is stored on secure servers and is protected against unauthorized access. In accordance with the RGPD, data is kept only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
OBJOW undertakes to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of the Data contained in the Platform. OBJOW shall use its best efforts to implement technical and organizational measures to prevent any fraudulent access or use of the Data and to prevent any loss, alteration or destruction of the Data.
OBJOW makes a daily backup of the Data. Data is replicated in order to protect the Customer from any component failure. Each replication is kept for 30 days.
OBJOW undertakes not to keep the data beyond the retention period set by the Customer with regard to the purposes for which they are collected, and in any event not to keep them after the end of the Contract.
User rights
In accordance with the RGPD, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and receive a copy of this data.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- To delete your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Limit the processing of your personal data.
- To the portability of your data, allowing you to receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Oppose the processing of your personal data.
