Co-Efficiency is an HR consulting firm, specialized in talent recruitment, team building, and employer branding. Co-Efficiency has 2 teams: Consulting and Business.

What were their needs?

In recruiting as well, it is advisable to quantify the objectives of the consultants in order to monitor their progress, advise them, guide them towards better results and thus promote successful recruiting and a successful client experience.

Unfortunately, when it comes to quantifying objectives, it is often done through Excel tables sent by email. Co-Efficiency was looking for an innovative and stimulating solution.

In order to monitor the recruitment objectives, Co-Efficiency integrated two indicators at the beginning of the project: the number of candidates met and the number of candidates presented, to ensure that the consultants have enough candidates to present to the client.

Objow was adapted to Co-Efficience's management needs, enabling us to set both quantitative and qualitative objectives. "We relied on 2 types of indicators: those linked to sales targets and those linked to actions to be carried out".
